PVC Foam Board 
Foamboard (also known as foam board) is made of polystyrene (PS) foam. The foamed core will be pressed into a sheet, and a thin layer of PVC film will be laminated on the foam core, and after that, it forms into our common Foamboard. Foamboard is light in weight and low in price. However, due to the soft substrate core, it is easy to be deformed due to pressure, so it is not suitable for making complex models, and it needs to be used with great care.
PVC board is made of PVC, but it foams in the heart, resulting in a density 3-4 times higher than that of Foamboard. Due to the increase of density, the hardness of the PVC board is also improved. The PVC board will not be deformed by squeezing.
Application examples of Foamboard and PVC

1. Backdrop
   Use: 5mm Foamboard
   Since most of the activity backdrops are used indoors for a short time, and the Foamboard is light and easy to install, it is recommended to use the Foamboard.
   For example, you can use Foamboard to make the backdrop for short-term outdoor activities, but it is more suitable to use PVC board for long-term outdoor activities.
2. Props (Props check, Facebook Like props)
   Use: 5mm Foamboard
   Props are disposable props, which are mainly used for taking photos in activities, such as the common props check for the charity dinner. After the end of the dinner, the mission is completed.
   In addition, you can print different shapes of die-cut props as required.
3. Instagram / Facebook Frame
   Use: 5mm Foamboard / PVC board
   IG / FB frame is a popular photo prop of Foamboard in recent years. Two or three people take photos with the frame, such as in the post. Skyline composites suggest that you can make the frames with the fixed position so that you don’t have to hold the frame to take photos, and participants can put more posts. If it is made for the company, PVC board can be used so that it can be reused.
4. Image Cutout
   Use: 5mm PVC board
   It is recommended to use the PVC board to make cutout cards because the Foamboard is too easy to deform, and it will be damaged if it is pressed down by hand. And as long time use, PVC board is absolutely reliable. Of course, it’s OK to use Foamboard, but the damage risk can be very high.
5. Exhibition booth
   Use: 5mm Foamboard
   In an exhibition, the material used at the booth is the Foamboard, which is generally divided into H-shaped (three sides with Foamboard) and L-shaped (two sides with Foamboard). The reason why we use Foamboard is that it is short-term and low cost.
6. Promotion desk
   Use: 5mm Paper Foamboard / PVC
   The best promotion combination is assembled with an aluminum frame and printed board. Whether it should use the paper board or PVC depends on if the design is disposable or long-term. The picture on the promotion desk can be changed by itself, but it is time-consuming.
7. A-Frame / H-frame
   Use: 5mm Paper Foamboard / PVC
   Both A-frame and H-frame are indicator boards, which are usually used to display promotion information or the latest news. Two kinds of the printed board are replaceable. You can order the printed board according to the requirements of the frame, and the general thickness is 3-5mm. PVC can be used for a long time, but you can use paper foam board if you want to save money.
8. Advertising stand
   Use: 5mm Paper Foamboard / PVC board
   The stand is made by adding a paper backboard on the non-printed side of the Foamboard / PVC board so that the drawing board can stand on the stage. Commonly used sizes are A4 and A5. You can also customize different sizes and shapes.
